Nest building
Laara helps you stack bolsters and blankets into a personal nest. Getting comfortable is the first practice.
Signature Class · 02
An hour of fully supported rest. Bolsters hold you, blankets warm you, and Laara's voice walks you down into the deepest exhale of your week.
Restorative yoga uses props to hold every joint, so muscles can switch off completely. You'll move through five or six shapes — legs up the wall, supported twist, reclined bound angle — staying in each for up to ten minutes.
It looks like doing nothing, and that is exactly the point. One evening session lowers resting heart rate, eases lower-back ache and sets up the best sleep of your week.

2
Five supported poses, each held for minutes while breath slows and shoulders drop away from ears.
3
A fifteen-minute guided relaxation under blankets. Most people float; some gently snore. Both are fine.

Book This ClassYes — this is our most prenatal-friendly class. Tell Laara your trimester at the door and she'll adjust every prop for you.
Honestly, no — and that's the medicine. Pair it with a morning Sculpt or Hatha class if you want both effort and rest in your week.
Warm socks and layers. Your body temperature drops as you relax, so dress like it's ten degrees cooler than it is.
